A Pole New You
Please read our company's terms and conditions carefully prior to booking all lessons, courses and
parties and signing up for membership. We cannot be held responsible for any errors caused by failure
to read or understand them in full. Please ensure that you have read the relevant section(s) of the
terms and conditions.
Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless A Pole New You,LLC, and its owners and operators from any and all liability,
claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury,
including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the
premises or any premises under the control and supervision of A Pole New You,LLC and its owners and
operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
Assumption of Risk
Physical activity, by its very nature, carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless
of the care taken to avoid injuries. A Pole New You has facilities for and provides for activities such as pole
dancing, exotic dancing, floor work, and aerobic activities. Some of these involve strenuous exertions of
strength using various muscle groups, some involve quick movements involving speed and change of
direction, and others involve sustained physical activity which places stress on the cardiovascular system.
The specific risks vary from one activity to another, but the risks range from 1) minor injuries such as
scratches, bruises, and sprains 2) major injuries such as eye injury or loss of sight, joint or back injuries,
heart attacks, and concussions 3) catastrophic injuries including paralysis and death.I have read the
previous paragraphs and I know, understand, and appreciate these and other risks that are inherentin the
activities made possible by A Pole New You, LLC. I hereby assert that my participation is voluntary and that I
knowingly assume all such risks.
Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I also agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD The A Pole New You
HARMLESS from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses,damages and liabilities,
including attorney’s fees brought as a result of my involvement at A Pole New You, LLC and to reimburse
them for any such expenses incurred.
Consent
I also understand A Pole New You and its affiliates retain the right to use any photography, video tapes,
motion picture recordings, or any other record of the event or class for publicity, advertising, or any
legitimate purpose.
*A Pole New You and staff are not responsible for belongings left in the studio.
General
There is a $35.00 returned check fee for any checks returned by the bank.
Classes & Workshops
Payment is due upon registration. Registration without payment does not reserve your spot in class. Your
spot is only reserved after registration and full payment is received. Online payments are charged a $5.00
processing fee.
Registration fees for are non-refundable.
Registrants for pole dancing and chair dancing classes must be over 18 years of age. Registrants under the
age of 18 for approved Flutter-ins are permitted, providing the registrant’s mother is also registered and
must accompany minor during the class.
Course transfers are only issued with at least 72 hours notice prior to course commencement. No voucher
will be issued if you cancel within 72 hours of the course commencement. Proof of circumstances may be
required (eg. Doctor’s Certificate).
A Pole New You recommends that you attend each lesson as we are unable to schedule substitute classes.
4-week sessions meet on the same day each week. In the event that you are unable to attend one or more
of the classes in any course in which you are currently enrolled, we regret that you are not eligible to apply for
a transfer or substitute classes.
A Pole New You reserves the right to change or cancel a course up to and including the date of the course if
there is insufficient enrollment. In the event of a class or course being altered or cancelled every effort will be
made to avoid inconvenience by offering alternative dates, times or venues. If we are unable to offer a
suitable alternative, a voucher valid for 12 months will be granted at the discretion of A Pole New You
Management.
A Pole New You does not recommend pole dancing lessons for pregnant women. In the event of an
unexpected pregnancy after payment of a lesson or course, a voucher valid for 12 months of equal value will
be issued upon receipt of a valid doctor’s certificate. In the event of an unexpected pregnancy after the start
of a lesson or course, a partial voucher valid for 12 months equal to the remaining value will be issued.
Vouchers valid for 12 months will be granted only in exceptional circumstance at the discretion
of A Pole New You Management.
Class Cancellations/No Shows
A minimum of 24-hours advanced registration is required for all classes to ensure your reserved spot in the
class. No shows and cancellations within 2 hours of class start time will be charged: 1 punch per incident
for punch cards, a $5.00 fee per incident for members to be charged on the following month’s membership,
and a $5.00 fee for all other participants to be charged at the next class attended. Day of cancellations
Monday through Thursday after 3pm and Saturday after 8am must be made by phone.
Parties
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
party. A $125.00 deposit is required to reserve your party date for a PNY Mini-party. The balance is due prior
to the start of the party. Party deposits and balances non-refundable and non-transferable. However, if the
need to cancel arises, the deposit, minus a $45.00 cancellation fee, may be applied to a future party. (Notice
of cancellation must be at least 3 days prior to the date booked to apply). We do not give refunds for people
who have confirmed and paid but do not show on the scheduled night.
Additional fees of $25 per half hour will be charged for parties that do not start on time, at no fault of the party
presenter. If the party presenter through any fault of her own cannot start on time, the considered start time is
as soon as she has set up.

Membership
All membership fees are non-refundable. If a request is made within three days of signing a membership
agreement, membership fees can be held for up to six months for a postponed start. Membership fees are
due on the 1st of the month and are subject to $25.00 late fee after the 5th of each month. A non-refundable
enrollment fee applies to all month-to-month memberships. These memberships may be canceled at any
time with a 30-day written notice. The written notice must be received by the 1st day of the month in order to
avoid being charged for the following month.
Members signing up for a minimum 1-year agreement will not pay an enrollment fee. These memberships
may be canceled at any time after the initial 12 months with a 30-day written notice. The written notice must
be received by the 1st day of the month in order to avoid being charged for the following month. Early
termination is at the discretion of A Pole New You management, and is subject to a cancellation fee of 50%
of the remaining contracted fees or the waived enrollment fee, whichever is greater. members signing up
under the 12th month free promotion must complete 11 months of paid membership to receive last month
free.
Women applying for BFF membership will each pay a discounted enrollment fee for month-to-month
memberships. In the event that one member cancels, the other member will begin paying the single
membership month-to-month fee.
Any 1-year member may freeze her membership for a period no greater than three months. The three
months may be consecutive or interspersed throughout a 12-month period, beginning on the date of
enrollment. Any month-to-month member may freeze her membership for a period no greater than one
month. Freeze requests must be received in writing before the 1st day of the month to avoid being charged
for the following month. Freeze requests received by members in an initial 12-month agreement will extend
initial agreement period for each month membership is frozen. In the event of pregnancy, membership may
be frozen for a period of 12 months upon receipt of a valid doctor’s certificate.
All members are granted access to the company online enrollment book on the 15th of the month for the next
month, unless otherwise notified. In order to ensure member priority enrollment, members are responsible
for utilizing their access to the enrollment book when access is granted. Each member is also responsible
for removing herself from the online enrollment book if she is unable to attend a class. Flutter-ins: See
